1. What we hold

Your name, email and mobile number; identity documents where verification applies; billing and deposit records; the strategies you configure and the trades that result; and technical data such as IP address, device type and log timestamps.

2. Why we hold it

To run your account, execute what you configure, answer your support requests, detect fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations. Product updates are sent only where you have asked for them.

3. Credentials and device records

Passwords are stored hashed and second-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. Withdrawal destinations and device history are kept so unauthorised access can be spotted. None of this is shared with third parties.

4. The lawful basis

Performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it. Marketing rests on your consent alone.

5. Who else sees it

Processors that host our infrastructure, take payments, and provide analytics and support tooling — each under a confidentiality agreement. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

6. How long we keep it

Account and trading records last for the life of the account and for as long afterwards as tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules require. Demo-only data is deleted shortly after closure.

7. What you can ask for

Depending on where you live you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to some processing. Write to [email protected] and we will action it.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies handle authentication and session security. Analytics cookies are optional and nothing loads until you accept them; you can change your mind from the banner or your browser settings.

9. Processing outside your country

Your data may be handled in other countries. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
