Email and password
Use the address the account was opened with. Passwords are case-sensitive — let a password manager fill the field where it can, since a single mistyped character is far and away the most common reason a sign-in is refused.
Reach your strategies, your open positions and your balance.
This form creates a new account rather than opening an existing one. About a minute, and it finishes on a demo balance.
Already have an account? Use the sign-in link from your registration email — we will never send you to it from anywhere else.
Three steps, and roughly twenty seconds once the second factor is set up.

Enter the six digits or touch your hardware key. Codes roll every thirty seconds, so when one is rejected wait for the next rather than retyping the same digits into a window that has already closed.

You arrive at your dashboard with strategies, positions and balance in view. New accounts open on the demo balance, and moving to live trading is an explicit choice you make — never a default that happens quietly.
Nothing to install on a desktop and no exchange to connect. All of this is behind the same set of credentials:
Use the reset link on the trading platform’s sign-in screen. A single-use link is sent to the registered address and expires within the hour. Wait a few minutes and check spam before requesting a second one, because a new request invalidates the first.
Use one of the recovery codes issued when you enabled two-factor. If those are gone as well, write to support from the registered address and we will run an identity check. We will not disable the second factor simply because someone asks — that refusal is the whole point of having it.
Check caps lock, and check that your password manager has not filled credentials belonging to another site. After a run of failed attempts the account rate-limits itself; leave it a quarter of an hour. If it still refuses after that, reset rather than keep trying.
This page is genuine: the site is bitcoinfusion.ai, and you can check that in the address bar along with the certificate before any password goes anywhere. We do not run a separate sign-in subdomain, so treat any address with an extra word in front of the domain — or a lookalike spelling of it — as suspect, no matter who sent it. Nobody here will ever ask you for your password, a two-factor code or a recovery code, through any channel at all. Anyone doing so is not us.
Yes, there is a stay-signed-in option — though not on a shared or public machine. Every active session appears in your security settings with its device and location, and you can revoke any of them, including sessions you are not currently using.
An account able to trade warrants more care than an ordinary one. Give it a password you use nowhere else, leave the second factor switched on, and allowlist your withdrawal destinations — that last control means funds cannot reach an address you never approved, even in the hands of somebody who has your password.
How credentials and device history are held is set out in the privacy policy, and the people accountable for it are named on the about page.
